Canada Post Strike

Due to the pending/current Canada Postal Workers strike and recent events regarding predatory practices by other shipping providers, we can no longer offer shipping to the USA.

Canada Post competitors also limit delivery routes/ranges and many only service major centres.  Many of our rural customers in Canada have shared that they would need to travel to pick up packages in larger centres.  Whereas Canada Post delivers to their door.

At Soul Paper, this is unacceptable, especially when the costs for an alternate/half delivery option, is double or triple in shipping charges.

For Our Canadian friends, family and neighbours our website and online services are automated, and we will continue to process some orders.  However, shipping estimates at the time of your order may need to be adjusted and/or completed orders may need to be cancelled and refunded.  If this does occur, we will reach out directly to you.

We wish to Thank Everyone who continue to support us while continuing to use our In-Store Pickup option.  It is a 100% 'in-house' solution + 100% FREE.
