Q: "If I see something in the shop but not Online yet, can I still have it shipped?"
If you are in Canada, we will make arrangements to have it shipped to you! We take orders over the phone, by email at hello@soulpaper.ca, via DM (direct messaging) on Instagram and Facebook and even occasionally by snail mail. If it's not sold out, we will find a way to get it to you.
Q: "Are you wheelchair accessible?"
Partially. We are in the oldest building on our block and as such, there are some heritage features we cannot remove, such as our front stoop. However, we have partnered with StopGap Foundation and have a ramp that we will pull out for you upon request. Just give us a call at 306-665-7685 and let us know you are on your way!
Q: "Why can't I get the same card I got last month?"
A large percent of our vendors are small incredibly creative family businesses that only make limited quantities of their products. This is also true for many of our notebooks, fountain pens, journals and sheet papers. They often have fabulous ideas, create limited editions and then do it all over again. So much of what we carry changes. Sometimes weekly.
Q: "I made a mistake! Can I change my order?"

Please note that not all shipping methods have full tracking. All domestic shipments come with full delivery confirmation. On the other hand, with international orders, tracking will depend on the shipping method.
