Sisterhood Sessions 5

Sisterhood Sessions #5

Thursday, January 9, 2020 - 6:30pm to 8:30pm at Soul Paper

What have boundaries done for you lately?

Do you struggle with setting healthy boundaries in your life?  Do you find yourself resentful or burnt out because of it?  Or perhaps the boundaries you set are keeping you guarded and inflexible.  Boundaries are the way we create space for ourselves in the world.  We all understand and experience boundaries very differently.  Some of us use them to hide, to NOT be seen.  Some people don’t use boundaries much at all, believing that they don’t matter as much as the other person.  Some people think that they are just being generous human beings when they sacrifice for another. But what about being generous to yourself, to your soul?

We are holding this second Boundary session in January because January is a time for renewal, a time to come back to self. So please join us for a warm, kind and inclusive conversation as we explore what boundaries are and how to use them more fully in our lives to become our best selves.

During this session, you’ll be inspired by other women in your community as we connect over our experiences and hopes.  If you’ve ever been to a Sisterhood event, you know this is going to be so good!  It’s the fifth in an ongoing collaboration between Grounded Goodness and Soul Paper and the feedback has been beautiful and heartfelt (with attendees saying “yes” to attending future sessions).  We are so excited to have you join us!
