Sisterhood Sessions #3
July 11, 2019 - 6:30pm to 8:30pm at Soul Paper
How does one make good friends?
Do you crave deep friendship with other women, that includes support, laughter, and mutual respect? But perhaps you feel like you can’t fully be yourself with new acquaintances and it never moves into full-fledged friendship. Or you’ve outgrown your old friendships (“who has time for gossip and small talk?”). Or asking other women to like, go for coffee, can be awkward. It can be tough, right?
Yep, we’ve all been there. That’s why we want to start a conversation about making great friendships as adults...the ups and downs, and how we have all felt alone at some point in our lives. But how it’s also possible to have friendships like you see on tv, complete with brunches and bonding over life’s hardships...complete with shared tears and snotty tissues.
During this session, you’ll be inspired by other women in your community as we connect over our experiences and hopes. If you’ve ever been to a Sisterhood event, you know this is going to be good! It’s the third in an ongoing collaboration between Grounded Goodness and Soul Paper, and the feedback from the first couple sessions has been beautiful (with attendees saying “yes!” to attending future sessions). Please join us!
